Sam Waldron, Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors, announces the annual meeting for Modern Electric Water Company's shareholders will be held on Saturday, February 27, 2010 at The Luxury Box in U-City.  The business meeting will begin at 12:00 noon.  Registration opens at 11:30 am and ends at 12:30 pm.
